Shits on him while he was somewhat dominant with the Magic. Calls him "Superman" as a role player in LAL. That's why I find hard to believe Shaq when he said he regrets leaving the Magic.

Shaq is a nice guy except when people try to challenge his ego. Dwight is humble now, back in his prime he was taking shots back at Shaq, and was trying to challenge shaq's legacy as the next great big. Didnt work out clearly but I understand Shaq and why he was the way he was.

I don’t think Dwight was ever the problem that some tried to make him out to be. That last year in Orlando was a little weird with him and Stan, but what other concrete problems has he caused??? I think anyone would struggle to completely gel with Kobe, Harden, etc..and he actually performed well with ATL and CLT, it just wasn’t a perfect fit, I guess. Although I can’t even say that with CLT because Jordan is a TERRIBLE owner and GM. He’ll let anybody walk. How can you be the greatest PLAYER, yet literally be the worst owner? Sheesh

DWight just needed to know and accept his role before. He helped transform the ideal NBA big man into what it is today. He was great protecting the rim, rebounding, rolling to the lane, catching lobs and put back dunks. He does that and he's a monster

Dwight is playing the same way he always has but here's the kicker. Due to not being the main option, he's still not playing to his full potential. He's finally getting vast praise and the stats don't show that he's doing all he can. That indicates that the way he's been utilized and coached since his Orlando days is to blame. If you really look at what he bought to the Wizards and the Hornets, he could have done more. In Houston, it was bad because of J-Hard being ball dominant instead of wanting to share the glory with Dwight. It always was Dwight being the villain when if you really analyze things, he was the one getting the short end of the stick.

COREY WILLIAMS - 6 mánuðum síðan
Here's the issue I have with reporters. They totally change narratives. Dwight demanded touches in Charlotte and Atlanta because the roster was trash. He deserved those touches. When he was in Houston, who wants to play with James Harden who at that time wasn't trying on defense and dribbles 20 seconds off the shot clock then shoots? In DC he only played 7 games and he was injured. He's in a place where he know's his role and the talent around him suggest he takes lesser shots because they have bron and AD. ya'll need to stop playing with that man's name.
